At Pilot Pathways Academy, our mission is to transform aviation education through immersive pilot simulator training. We empower instructors to deliver high-quality simulation-based learning while enabling students to strengthen their aviation knowledge through accessible and realistic flight scenarios.

These Terms apply to all activities on the Pilot Pathways Academy platform, including our website, simulator systems, APIs, downloadable applications, mobile services, learning materials, and related aviation education services (“Services”).

To access most platform features, including simulator training, course enrollment, instructor programs, or flight-related tools, users must create an account with accurate and current information, including a valid email address.


You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity performed under your account. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Simulator-based training is intended to support aviation learning and skill development. Unless explicitly stated, simulator experiences and educational content provided through Pilot Pathways Academy do not replace official flight licensing requirements, regulatory certifications, or certified flight instruction mandated by aviation authorities.

Certain Services may require payment, including simulator access, aviation courses, coaching, or digital learning materials. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize applicable charges.

All branding, graphics, simulator systems, course materials, logos, software, and platform content remain the property of Pilot Pathways Academy or their respective owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.

Users are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and professional manner while using the platform. Any form of harassment, abuse, cyberbullying, fraudulent conduct, piracy, unauthorized access to systems, tampering with aviation training tools, misuse of simulator technologies, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Singapore is strictly prohibited.



Pilot Pathways Academy reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, investigate, or permanently terminate any account found to be involved in such activities, without prior notice. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities, regulatory agencies, or cybersecurity authorities in Singapore and other applicable jurisdictions.



Unauthorized access to computer systems, interference with digital infrastructure, and misuse of online services may constitute offences under Singapore’s Computer Misuse Act 1993. Harassment, intimidation, and abusive online conduct may fall under the Protection from Harassment Act 2014.

By using our Services, you agree that Pilot Pathways Academy may collect and process platform usage data, simulator analytics, and account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Pilot Pathways Academy may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect updates to our Services, technology, or legal obligations. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
