You’ll examine how Lift is generated and sustained through the Center of Pressure, and how Weight—acting through the Center of Gravity—affects balance and control. You’ll analyze Thrust as the driving force for forward motion, and Drag as the natural resistance to that motion. With real-world examples and scenario-based discussions, you’ll learn how these forces change with speed, altitude, and aircraft configuration, and how to manipulate them to achieve optimal performance during various phases of flight.

This course includes 2 modules, 5 lessons, and 2:00 hours of materials.
By understanding how lift, weight, thrust, and drag work in harmony or opposition, you’ll be able to anticipate aircraft behavior, make quick performance adjustments, and maintain safe, stable flight even in challenging conditions.
